Forwards Masterclass

Sunday 2 August. 9am to 3pm.
What happens
A proper day's rugby.
- 9am Drop-off, kit check, groups by age
- Morning Core skills: handling, footwork, contact confidence
- Midday Lunch break, bring a packed lunch and a full bottle
- Afternoon Small-sided games and the stuff pros drill
- 2:50pm Last day: parents welcome for the awards
- 3pm Pick-up, medal on, home muddy
All coaches are DBS checked. First aid on site. Kit by Rhino and Macron. Weather happens in Wales; we play through most of it.
What to bring
The kit list.
- Rugby boots with moulded studs, or suitable trainers
- Sliders or indoor shoes for the clubhouse
- Gum shield, advisory for U9 and up
- Refillable water bottle, packed lunch and extra snacks
- Layers for the weather, sun hat and cream on hot days
- A hand towel
- Any medication, clearly labelled with written instructions
No experience needed for camp days. Complete beginners are welcome and get looked after; groups are split by age and confidence.
