Who we are

AP8 Academy runs rugby camps and coaching across Wales and England. When we say we, that means the academy team led by Andy Powell. You can reach us at ap.8.services@gmail.com.

What we collect and why

When you reserve a camp place we ask for your name and contact details, your player's name and age group, their club if they have one, and anything we should know for the day, which can include medical notes. We use this to hold the place, contact you about payment and camp details, and keep your player safe on the day. That is the only use it has.

Where it lives

Booking requests are delivered to the academy's email inbox and handled by the coaching team. This website does not keep a database of bookings. We do not sell or share your information with anyone outside the academy, except where the law requires it.

Children's information

Camps are for players aged 6 to 18, so most bookings include a child's details, given to us by a parent or guardian. We only ever collect what the coaches need for the session, and medical notes are seen only by the team running your player's camp.

Keeping and removing it

We keep booking information for as long as we need it to run the camp and handle any follow-up, then it goes. If you want anything corrected or deleted sooner, email us and we will sort it.
