Refund policy.

Bookings

All bookings are non-refundable. If your player cannot attend because of illness, injury or unforeseen circumstances, we may offer a transfer to an alternative AP8 Academy event instead.

Missed sessions

We do not offer refunds, credits or partial refunds for missed sessions, whether through illness, holidays, transport problems or not attending on the day.

If we cancel

If AP8 Academy cancels an event you will receive either a full refund of fees paid, or a transfer to an alternative AP8 Academy event, whichever you prefer.

Weather

We run in most conditions. If conditions become unsafe we may amend or cancel activities, and any compensation is at our discretion.

Liability

AP8 Academy is not liable for losses arising from participation except where caused by proven negligence.

Requests for transfers must be made in writing to ap.8.services@gmail.com.
