U7 to U10 Summer Camp

Monday 27 July and Tuesday 28 July. 9am to 3pm each day.

What happens

A proper day's rugby.

  • 9am Drop-off, kit check, groups by age
  • Morning Core skills: handling, footwork, contact confidence
  • Midday Lunch break, bring a packed lunch and a full bottle
  • Afternoon Small-sided games and the stuff pros drill
  • 2:50pm Last day: parents welcome for the awards
  • 3pm Pick-up, medal on, home muddy

All coaches are DBS checked. First aid on site. Kit by Rhino and Macron. Weather happens in Wales; we play through most of it.

What to bring

The kit list.

  • Rugby boots with moulded studs, or suitable trainers
  • Sliders or indoor shoes for the clubhouse
  • Gum shield, advisory for U9 and up
  • Refillable water bottle, packed lunch and extra snacks
  • Layers for the weather, sun hat and cream on hot days
  • A hand towel
  • Any medication, clearly labelled with written instructions

No experience needed for camp days. Complete beginners are welcome and get looked after; groups are split by age and confidence.
